Shipping and Deliveries in Australia:

• Consignments delivered within Australia will be sent by "Registered Mail"
• Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for your goods to arrive

International Shipping and Deliveries:

• International customers will receive goods by Airmail
• Please allow approximately 7–14 days for delivery
• International customers will be responsible for all local duties and taxes

If your purchase is not to your satisfaction you are able to return it to us within 7 days of receipt (7 days does not apply to international transactions) and we will:

• make exchange for you
• provide a credit towards the purchase of another item
• issue a refund for the purchase price

Conditions of our Return Policy are as follows:

• providing the item was not defective the buyer is liable to pay all shipping costs
• returns must be approved by our senior technologist
• the products must be returned in the original packaging including the swing tag and the original invoice
• the product must arrive at our place of business within 7 days of receipt (with the exception of international purchases)
• if we cannot find an appropriate replacement within 7 days we will issue the customer with a Harah designs credit for the total amount of the purchase price
• Harah Designs store credit expires 12 months from the date of purchase
